One day I would try to stop, then the next day just be regular. Then the day after that try to go a whole day, then the after that a regular day. Then after that 2 days, and 1 reg. Then 3 days and 1 reg, Then a week. After the week mark I was basically done. And its all about your mindset.
P.S - When you accidentally cuss, you need to mentally AND verbally correct yourself.
